Dear Sir/Madam,
We are delighted to welcome you to our establishment and thank you for your trust.
We place a central emphasis on respecting the environment. For us, for you, and for future generations, we strive to minimize the impact of our activities on the environment.
Thus:
WE RAISE AWARENESS AMONG OUR STAFF AND CLIENTS:
- On the issues of sustainable tourism, environmental preservation, CSR
- Our teams are trained in eco-friendly practices to follow in their daily tasks
- We select our service providers and suppliers based on their sustainable and social commitments
- On our website, we provide our clients with information and links about the animal and plant species in the surrounding area.
- We offer information to reduce car travel: bike rentals/loans, shuttles, and public transportation. We are certified as "Cyclists Welcome" and provide our clients with a storage room, among other amenities.
WE SAVE WATER AND ENERGY:
- We have installed water-saving devices/pressure reducers on faucets and showers to avoid depleting resources.
- We take monthly readings of our gas, water, and electricity meters to better manage our consumption.
- All our light bulbs are LED or energy-efficient, and we have already equipped over 90% of our lighting.
- We have installed presence detectors/timers in common areas and hallways to limit energy waste.
WE LIMIT WASTE SORTING:
- We have established several selective sorting points.
- We work with a majority of bulk or large packaging products to limit unnecessary packaging.
- We offer certain welcome products only upon request to reduce packaging waste.
- We have set up displays to guide our clients in sorting waste in accordance with local regulations.
WE CARE ABOUT OUR CLIENTS' WELL-BEING:
- You will find regional products directly from producers at our breakfast buffet.
- Our breakfast and restaurant menu offer organic and/or fair trade products.
- The products used for cleaning rooms are mostly eco-labeled, providing better air quality and reducing health risks.
- Our establishment is completely non-smoking.

- We have partnerships with local recycling organizations and donate our old equipment/furniture.

To solidify our commitment and engage in continuous improvement, we are pursuing certification to obtain the Green Key label.
The Green Key label recognizes tourist accommodations and restaurants committed to a voluntary, effective, and dynamic environmental approach. The label is awarded annually by an independent jury of experts and professionals in tourism and the environment.
